Role Description Truehold - one of the nation’s leading real estate investment platforms (200+ employees, 15+ markets)—is rapidly expanding its mortgage division, Truehold Financial. This is a high-volume, inbound sales role with strong earning potential. You’ll be working primarily with real estate investors (DSCR, Fix-and-Flip, RTL) along with consumer-purpose loans, supported by a steady flow of leads from our in-house marketing engine. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and performance-driven who wants to help build and scale a growing lending platform. What You’ll Do: - Convert a high volume of inbound leads across DSCR, RTL/Fix-and-Flip, and consumer mortgage products - Qualify borrowers, structure deals, and guide clients to the best loan solutions - Collect documentation and submit clean, well-structured files to processing/underwriting - Manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong speed-to-lead, follow-up, and conversion discipline - Consistently hit monthly production and conversion targets - Partner cross-functionally with processing, underwriting, and capital markets to drive deals to funding - Provide feedback to improve turn times, workflows, and borrower experience - Contribute to building best-in-class investor lending programs Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer / Originator - Proven track record of converting inbound leads and closing loans - Experience with DSCR, Non-QM, or investor-focused lending strongly preferred - Experience with consumer mortgages is a plus - Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and pricing engines - Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting fundamentals - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to operate independently Requirements - Active NMLS license (required for consumer lending) - Experience in a startup or fast-paced lending environment - Familiarity with capital markets, pricing models, and investor products - Experience engaging with investor communities or industry events Benefits - Consistent inbound lead flow — thousands of leads generated monthly - Competitive base + fixed-fee commissions per loan - Opportunity to work across DSCR, RTL, and consumer products - Exposure to a high-volume SFR and investor lending ecosystem - Fast-growing platform with real opportunity for career growth and impact - Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment
• Create and manage sales specific community information within Salesforce • Confirm solar and storage offerings, pricing, builder specifics and all relevant information needed that will set up downstream teams for success • Facilitate weekly community launch meetings with Account Managers to coordinate on accurate offerings, sales information, builder strategy approach, and grand opening dates prior to community opening • Develop material and conduct training sessions with builder sales managers and agents to ensure alignment on Sunrun’s solar program expectations and requirements • Negotiate appropriate cut off timelines for homebuyer solar selection paperwork • Establish relationships with builder purchasing and escrow contacts for pricing coordination and escrow report tracking • Foster constructive relationships with builder sales agents by frequent touchpoints and timely completion of requests • Travel in market 25% of the time to assigned accounts to further bolster strong partnerships • Conduct training and educational sessions with assigned builders to ensure accurate understanding and adherence to Sunrun processes and offerings • Analyze report data to ensure alignment between buyer signed contracts and field installations • Navigate buyer escalations and offer innovative solutions to maintain collaborative relationship with agents • Ensure community program details are kept current in Salesforce for internal knowledge consistency • Resolve all buyer paperwork discrepancies per lot, prior to buyer closing date • Confirm receipt of all buyer information for the entire community to aid in activation efficiency • Confirm all accurate homebuyer information has been associated with the correct project in the community
