Role Description Au sein d’une équipe de 3 architectes techniques, 3 ingénieurs systèmes et 1 apprenti, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie, de l’architecture et de l’évolution du domaine bases de données. - Concevoir et définir les architectures techniques des bases de données en collaboration avec les équipes internes, éditeurs et prestataires. - Garantir la cohérence, la standardisation et la documentation des solutions de bases de données. - Piloter les projets de transformation visant à optimiser les coûts de licences, traiter l’obsolescence des technologies et rationaliser les infrastructures. - Assurer la relation avec les fournisseurs, le suivi des contrats et le respect des engagements de qualité, coûts et délais. - Diriger et coordonner les projets : planification, gestion des risques, suivi des livrables, déploiement et reporting auprès de la gouvernance. - Accompagner les équipes techniques dans la mise en œuvre des solutions, la résolution des incidents majeurs et l’amélioration continue. - Promouvoir les normes et standards d’architecture des bases de données au sein de la Direction. Objectif : Garantir des architectures de bases de données performantes, pérennes, sécurisées et adaptées aux besoins métiers tout en maîtrisant les coûts et les évolutions technologiques. Qualifications - Cat I ou expérience minimale de 3 ans en catégorie II et mobilité minimale de 3 ans hors agences dans fonctions de même niveau OU 12 ans en catégorie II en agence ou cadre du secteur public ou privé. - Grade requis : Catégorie A. - Diplôme minimum requis : BAC + 5 en Informatique. - Niveau d'expérience requis : Confirmé. - Niveau d'études minimum requis : Niveau 7 Master/diplômes équivalents. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Solution Architect (SA) to coordinate our Solution Planning, existing client Optimizations, AI initiatives, and MCP implementations within the Professional Services organization. This role will focus on driving cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing and scaling the configuration of the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) through automation and AI-driven solutions. The SA shall provide strategic and organizational direction for solutions being proposed during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning phases. The SA role will work closely with all areas of Mortgage Cadence to ensure reliable solution estimates are completed in a timely manner and professional services implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with broader business priorities. This is a high-impact role that combines program execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. This position offers a salary range of $100,000–$130,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
