Role Description We are seeking an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership efforts across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing, creator relationships, community building, and performance driven growth. - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and growth objectives. - Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across multiple platforms. - Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement and relationship management. - Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting, and paid partnership campaigns. - Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high performing content. - Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue, and key growth metrics. - Partner with internal teams including paid media, brand, lifecycle, and creative to maximize campaign impact. - Maintain influencer databases, creator CRM systems, contracts, and reporting processes. - Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy best practices. Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or community management. - Experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation through reporting and optimization. - Strong understanding of creator platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels. - Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, ShopMy, Impact, LTK, or similar tools. - Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI. - Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, wellness, beauty, consumer products, or similar brands preferred. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously. - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET). • Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram and YouTube. • Use Instagram Search, YouTube Search, hashtags, keywords, and influencer discovery platforms to find suitable creators. • Build and maintain influencer databases with accurate profile information. • Discover influencers across different niches, audience sizes, and geographic locations. • Analyze influencer profiles and content quality. • Evaluate influencer performance using key metrics such as: Engagement Rate (ER) Follower growth Reach and impressions (when available) Audience quality and authenticity Average views and interactions Identify fake followers, suspicious engagement patterns, or low-quality audiences. • Assess influencer-brand fit based on content style, audience demographics, values, and niche relevance. • Initiate and manage conversations with influencers via Instagram DMs and email. • Follow up with influencers regarding collaboration opportunities. • Maintain professional communication and build long-term influencer relationships. • Track outreach status and response rates. • Maintain influencer outreach trackers and campaign databases. • Prepare influencer shortlists and recommendation reports. • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams regarding influencer selections. • Provide regular updates on outreach progress and campaign readiness.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, owning creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting across your client portfolio • Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients always know where their campaigns stand • Own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over and under-servicing early, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the relationship • Coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts • Understand data and analytics and can produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats • Willing and able to join in-person client photo and video shoots and support with organizational production needs
