Product Manager
DigniFi
• Work with data/engineering team to establish and measure key performance metrics for implemented product solutions. Also develop long term strategies to improve and optimize. • Primary owner of assigned product domain (ex: dealer, consumer, partner, internal, etc) - assessing market needs and business value to meet organization goals. • Work with internal stakeholders (ex: Risk, Compliance, Servicing, etc) on project alignment and requirements. • Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified. • Prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience. • Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across teams and organizations.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create a compelling product vision and to drive data-driven product decisions.
- Entrepreneurial experience building products from 0-1.
- Fin-tech and / or big tech experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.
- Sound understanding of payment technology, and APIs development, including RESTful API and JSON.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
