• Producing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets • Drafting communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items • Reviewing reports and printer communications to surface anomalies • Analysing incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns • Keeping shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation up to date in Google Sheets and Canva Docs • Managing competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and delivering outputs
