In this role, each day will look slightly different, but you will have the ability to get hands-on experience in various roles, such as sales, operations, marketing, customer success, and business development. • Develop and maintain pipelines for various automation tasks (e.g. security definitions release & testing, suspicious files processing). • Build and deploy services (REST API, Web application, etc) for Acronis cybersecurity lab operations. • Support and optimize of internal sandboxing solution. • Build, maintain and optimise large databases of malware samples, behaviour logs, telemetry etc. • Build data monitoring and visualization systems. • Raise alerts automatically whenever anomaly is detected. • Continuously improve your own and your teammates technical skills via mentoring, PR reviews and feedback.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines in an Azure environment. • Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (Spark). • Work on data modeling, organization, and structuring. • Perform exploratory analysis and generate insights for business areas. • Support data governance, domain organization, and data quality initiatives. • Participate in technical and functional discussions with global teams. • Translate business needs into technical solutions. • Contribute to architectural best practices and the organization of the data environment. • Provide consultative support to stakeholders.

• Design, build, and evolve core capabilities of Sangoma’s Contact Center as a Service platform that support real-time customer interactions. • Own features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, from initial design through production, monitoring, and iteration. • Develop modern service and user experiences using Python and JavaScript frameworks such as FastAPI, React, and Vue. • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that improve customer experience and agent workflows. • Integrate application services with FreeSWITCH using SIP and WebRTC to power voice and digital engagement. • Work within an event-driven architecture leveraging PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka to support real-time workloads at scale. • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices. • Improve observability, reliability, and performance of the services you own. • Participate in a shared on-call rotation and take responsibility for platform stability and continuous improvement.
