Role Description The Senior Director, Enterprise Forecast Modeling & Insights is a strategic finance leader responsible for the design, ownership, governance, and continuous advancement of the enterprise forecast architecture. This role leads the development and operation of a modern, sophisticated, and scalable enterprise forecasting model that integrates key financial and operational drivers and produces accurate, timely, and actionable insights for finance and enterprise leaders. This leader serves as the enterprise owner of forecast methodology, model structure, assumption governance, and performance insight generation. The role partners across actuarial, market finance, FP&A, accounting, and functional finance teams to review inputs, challenge key assumptions, improve transparency, and ensure the forecast reflects the best current view of enterprise performance. The Senior Director also supports a disciplined and no-surprise financial environment by monitoring forecast performance, identifying emerging trends and risks, facilitating executive insight, and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, speed, usability, and decision support value.
