• Conducting thorough analysis to identify fair market value pricing for investigator services based on study requirements and industry standards • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing terms and ensure alignment with study budgets and contractual agreements • Maintaining documentation and records related to investigator pricing in compliance with regulatory requirements • Providing support and guidance to internal teams on pricing-related matters and resolving inquiries from stakeholders • Contributing to the development and enhancement of pricing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and fair market value
- Strong perceptive skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with federal government proposal cost and pricing experience to join our growing Pricing team. The Pricing Specialist will support all aspects of cost proposals including analyzing proposal solicitation requirements to preparing cost and pricing for the final submission of the cost volume. The Pricing Specialist will also regularly interact with internal customers, requiring a high level of coordination and communication. Preference is for a candidate in the Boston, MA area. This position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.
