Role Description Alex and Ani is looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven Content Assistant to support our Creative team in developing compelling brand and marketing assets through AI-powered content creation tools. Working closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, and reporting to the Creative Director, this individual will help execute and evolve AI-assisted creative workflows by transforming campaign concepts and brand direction into high-quality image and video assets. The ideal candidate has a strong visual and commercial eye, is curious about emerging AI creative tools, and is excited to blend creativity with technology. They should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and improving outputs based on feedback and creative direction. - Translate photo references, creative direction, mood boards, product references, and marketing concepts into effective AI prompts - Generate and refine AI-created images and video content aligned with brand standards and creative + marketing goals - Experiment with prompt variations to improve quality, realism, and overall visual appeal - Review generated content for accuracy, product representation, and attention to detail - Iterate quickly based on feedback and creative references to continuously improve prompt quality and generated outputs - Organize prompts, creative files, and generated assets - Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to bring campaign ideas to life - Stay current on emerging AI content creation tools, workflows, and best practices Qualifications - Strong visual judgment and understanding of what makes creative feel polished and commercially engaging - Interest in AI image and video generation tools - Flexible part-time scheduling, with availability during standard working hours preferred - Ability to interpret and execute against creative direction, while also taking initiative to improve results - Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Comfortable learning new technology tools and workflows in a fast-moving environment Nice to Have - Experience using AI image or video generation tools - Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in photography, design, fashion, advertising, social media, or creative production - Basic understanding of image composition and visual storytelling - Portfolio, personal projects, or examples of creative experimentation with AI tools

About The Role Location: Remote, UK Employment Type: Up to 5 - 10 hours per month, depending on business requirements We’re looking for a Freelance Medical Content Manager (German) to join our operations team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the addition of new and maintenance of existing medical terminology and specialities to the Doctify platform, as well as related governing bodies. The role includes researching medical professionals and clinics and owning the approval process for each new request for medical terminology to be added to the Doctify platform within the existing keyword hierarchy. You will be working on our German and Austrian markets. You will use your strong understanding of medical terminology to prioritise decisions and in some instances suggest outcomes to our independent Clinical Governance Committee if a request requires further approval/agreement. You’ll be responsible for - Occasionally attending clinical governance meetings and presenting findings on new medical terminology (up to 1 hour). - Working with a high volume of requests and prioritising these based on business needs - Making decisions and being able to provide answers to members of our commercial teams on these outcomes. - Researching medical professionals, including their professional background, medical association memberships, education, qualifications, and special interests to ascertain suitability. - This may also include researching entirely new top-level specialities, or governing bodies that do not already exist on the platform.
