Thai & Asian Languages Content Lead

• Own the Thai course entirely: quality, consistency, scope, and roadmap • Design a best-in-class Thai curriculum • Establish curriculum design principles and content standards • Write and review conversations, vocabulary sets, grammar notes, and cultural insights • Manage audio production workflows • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other language specialists • Potentially take on a leadership role within the language team
• Manage Slack and email communication for Khwan and Simon • Manage calendar and appointments for Khwan and Simon (both professional and private) • Handle various administrative tasks such as booking flights, planning travel, coordinating venues, purchasing items, and running personal errands as requested by the CEOs • Shadow Khwan and Simon meetings and oversee AI-driven meeting documentation (e.g., Fathom, Otter); distill automated transcripts into concise, high-impact action items and strategic follow-ups. • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business operations to help you work more effectively • Provide general administrative support to other team members, when necessary • Monitor and track both business and personal bank accounts, and prepare financial reports for monthly review • Perform any other related tasks or projects as required • Future responsibility: Help plan Khwan and Simon’s weekly schedules to ensure they prioritize high-leverage activities for the company
• Edit and produce high-performing short-form and long-form videos per month across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement rate, and more) and proactively propose creative improvements • Stay ahead of platform trends, sound formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and competitive • Coordinate with Growth teams to align video assets with campaigns and product launches • Bring a strong point of view to every project - suggest directions, challenge briefs, and push for better outcomes • Collaborate with scriptwriters, social media managers, and designers to craft compelling visual stories • Experiment with motion graphics, pacing techniques, and trending creative formats • Develop and document clear SOPs, templates, and best practices for the video workflow • Actively leverage AI tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Opus Clip) to increase output speed and quality • Build and manage reusable automation workflows for recurring content formats • Explore and implement AI-driven captioning, voiceovers, and clip selection • Recommend and introduce tools and processes the team hasn't tried yet • Maintain organized project files, shared asset libraries, and version control • Manage footage, soundtracks, templates, and motion graphics in a shared library
