Please note: This position is not for a general CAD Drafter, architectural drafter, or entry-level operator. The ideal candidate must possess focused Mozaik CAM experience and a deep, practical understanding of physical cabinet manufacturing workflows. You must be capable of creating production-ready cabinet drawings that can move directly into CNC processing with minimal or no adjustments from the manufacturing team. You should be capable of independently taking a design concept and delivering a CNC-ready Mozaik project that the workshop can process immediately. Qualifications - 6+ months of dedicated, hands-on experience using Mozaik software to structure projects for direct CNC processing is mandatory. - A deep, thorough understanding of how cabinets are physically built, assembled, machined, and installed. - Prior experience working inside custom cabinetry shops, cabinet manufacturing facilities, millwork companies, woodworking production, or CNC programming environments. Experience working with US-based clients is highly preferred. - Extreme attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You must not require extensive guidance to convert designs into production-ready files. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate smoothly with international clients and production teams. - A Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diplomas/certifications in Engineering, Woodworking Technology, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Requirements - Candidates will not be considered if they only have general CAD drafting or strictly architectural drafting experience. - Candidates will not be considered if they have never worked inside a physical cabinet manufacturing, millwork, woodworking, or CNC production environment. - Candidates will not be considered if they lack an understanding of how cabinet construction decisions impact physical CNC machining and manufacturing efficiency. Benefits - Base Salary: Market Competitive. - Allowances: Dedicated allowances for Internet, Electricity, and Wellbeing. - Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage included. - Performance Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, individual/team targets, and annual increments. - Success Sharing: Company-wide success bonuses.
