Qualifications - Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o un campo relacionado. - Al menos 1 año de experiencia en ingeniería de calidad automotriz, específicamente en sistemas de Exteriores de Carrocería (Body Exterior). - Experiencia liderando iniciativas de reducción de costos y mejora en garantías. - Dominio de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (QMS) y principios de Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Manufacturing). - Experiencia con Total Value Management (TVM) y metodologías de optimización de costos. - Sólidos conocimientos en pruebas de validación y procesos de manufactura. - Familiaridad con estándares de calidad automotriz (por ejemplo, ISO 9001, IATF 16949). - Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (por ejemplo, Excel, Minitab o equivalentes). - Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis. - Fuertes capacidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos multifuncionales. - Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
