Role Description As Field Service Engineer you will be a part of our technical service team in Portugal (in your assigned area), providing technical support to our local customers. You will have an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment with innovative equipment. - Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for our equipment - Deliver technical training both internally and externally as required - Complete service reports accurately, noting: - Time confirmation - Spare part usage - Tasks performed - Service product - Fault/solution codes - Installed base data maintenance (serial number, ink, counter value, functional location) - Reverse flow - Billing block code - Billing request confirmation - Promote MI service solutions to maximize customer uptime and sales growth, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build strong relationships and assist in achieving revenue targets - Travel to customer sites within your assigned area, with occasional national or international travel for training and meetings Qualifications - Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer - Technical qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or Mechanics - Strong interest in emerging tech and proactive continuous learning - Prior experience with software and a strong understanding of software logic is highly advantageous - Knowledge of Vision Cameras a plus - Ability to technically assess situations and issues, and proactively advise on solutions - Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in Spanish and upper-intermediate level of English Requirements - You’ll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture: - Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit - Winning through customers - High ethical standards, openness and trust - Expectations for results - Respect and value people Benefits - Remote work arrangement
