• Independently structure and update all plant documentation as well as construction and acceptance reports to support the project management team • Continuously monitor delivery dates, follow up on deadlines with suppliers, and smoothly prepare purchase baskets for the ordering process • Proactively obtain site manager declarations, minimum wage certificates, and specification documents to ensure complete regulatory records • Conscientiously maintain Bills of Materials (BoM) in the database and actively support the rollout of digital QR code systems for site logistics • Regularly analyze existing project management workflows and contribute ideas to further improve collaboration between the internal office and on-site teams
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university and available to support our team immediately for 15–20 hours per week
- Degree program in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical or business-related field
- Strong understanding of web security and a digital affinity when working with modern systems and databases
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style combined with strong organizational skills to maintain oversight of parallel projects
- Confident and reliable communication with partners and suppliers when requesting deadlines and documentation
