Role Description - Discover and onboard new influencers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. - Coordinate with the Sales team to manage the onboarding process for new advertisers in influencer marketing. - Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to build and manage relationships with advertising clients in influencer marketing. - Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and leverage this knowledge to select the most suitable influencers. - Analyze influencer campaign data to provide detailed reviews and develop strategic plans for future campaigns. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in mobile advertising or relevant industries is essential. - Fluency in both English is a must, and Mandarin is a plus. - Energetic and able to handle cross-cultural communication within a global team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, aggressive industry environment. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams from different countries, as well as external influencers and clients. - Aware of current trends and developments in the influencer world, with sensitivity to what is popular and emerging.
