Under the guidance of our clinical leadership team, our strategy is rooted in evidence-based care with personalized treatment approaches. What We Provide: - Practice Growth Support: Dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to build your ideal caseload - Comprehensive Business Support: Free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access - Guaranteed Pay & Billing: Bi-weekly payment for completed sessions, regardless of claim status we guarantee pay for no-shows. - Clinical Excellence: Weekly office hours with our clinical team and peer consultation opportunities - Complete Flexibility: Our platform will allow to you host Office-based, telemedicine, or have a hybrid practice with your own schedule - Technology & Tools: Clinically backed AI tools including AI notes, Treatment plans, and session summaries and takeaways. Secure telehealth platforms, scheduling assistance, and patient communication channels - Clinical Autonomy: You maintain complete control over treatment decisions while we handle credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Requirements: - Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Iowa (must reside in state) - Minimum two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience To maintain our commitment to exceptional psychiatric care, we partner exclusively with experienced PMHNPs. This model isn't suitable for those seeking occasional supplemental work or minimal time commitments. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: Up to $200 per hour (pay dependent on session type)

As a Senior Global Sourcing Manager – PCB Capacity Management, you will be part of developing effective PCBA supply chains to support our fast-growing electronics and software needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating autonomously, solving problems independently, and prioritizing tasks that maximize enterprise value for General Motors and the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) function.: - Responsible for purchasing all or specific portions of productive and/or non-productive materials, supplies, machinery, tooling, and services. - Actively participate in the development of commodity strategies - Lead complex global sourcing and negotiations with key supplier partners - Execute global/regional material budgets - Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders - Maintaining sourcing pipeline, benchmarking data, strategy presentations, global direct material budget, and on-time metrics - Adhere to corporate and departmental purchasing and accounting practices and procedures - Sourcing and contracting activities that include, but are not limited to: - Sourcing strategy, bid list development & management - Quote analysis and review - Coordination and alignment of RFQ package components, including Terms & Conditions, SOR compliance, technical documentation and quality alignment - Lead sourcing recommendations and alignment with cross-functional teams - Management of sourcing documentation related to RFQ process in adherence to the GM Audit Services requirements - Lead supplier relationship management initiatives, including “Strategic Supplier Engagement” and nurture relationship with suppliers by acting as a focal point for commercial issue resolution - Lead or represent the purchasing function in supplier KPI reviews - Represent purchasing and support mitigation of supply chain disruptions. - Conduct in-depth contract analysis and perform rate management activities including contract amendments, issuing spot buys, rate analysis and supplier requests. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify savings opportunities, advance automation and introduce innovative solutions. - Support or lead additional required projects as assigned by management. - Promote GM's behaviors values and makes customer-focused decisions. Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) - 5+ years relevant work experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics or product development (any internship or co-op experience will not be considered) - Data Judgement - Competency using automated tools, ability to objectively analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions - Informative Communication - Ability to communicate relevant information to the appropriate audience both effectively and timely - Relationship Management - Develops and maintains constructive, cooperative working relationships - Negotiation - engage in collaborative discussions to reach meaningful agreements - Analytical Thinking - Consider various factors in decision making to determine solutions and their impacts - Results Focus - Take charge without prompting, seize opportunities and deliver on time - Workload Management - Manage multiple tasks with quality; prioritize by critical needs - SAP experience or ability to learn purchasing systems - Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically + Internationally What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, related field - Experience with commodities (SMT line purchasing, PCB and/or PCBAs) - Experience with SMT Capacity/Utilization Forecasting - Experience with Supply Chain / Procurement of all Electronic Components associated with SMT operation - Cost analysis or manufacturing experience - Automotive industry experience - Knowledge of Capacity and Materials Management - Capable of drawing conclusions from complex data, market trends and the regulatory environment - Ability to understand basic engineering documents and technical drivers for the applicable commodities - Knowledge of contract law as it applies to the purchasing processes.
