THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Retail Insight Analyst (bilingual Spanish/English required) to support retail clients in understanding and applying customer, product, and performance data to improve business decisions. This role blends retail analytics, customer insights, and client-facing communication. You will work closely with retail partners to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations in both English and Spanish. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders across the United States and Latin America. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required, as this role supports communication and collaboration across this footprint. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Analyze retail customer, product, and performance data to identify trends and insights - Translate dashboards, KPIs, and reports into clear, actionable business recommendations - Communicate findings and insights directly with clients in English and Spanish - Support clients in understanding reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics outputs - Partner with client stakeholders to answer questions and support data-driven decisions - Identify trends in customer behavior, sales performance, and product engagement - Deliver recurring reports, insights summaries, and performance updates - Collaborate with internal teams including Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Sales - Gather client feedback and translate it into reporting and analytics requirements - Monitor account health and engagement metrics to support adoption and retention WHAT YOU BRING Required Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree; Fashion Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Business, Planning, or Analytics degrees preferred - 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, retail analytics, customer insights, BI/reporting, or related analytical roles - Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business insights - Experience working with retail, customer behavior, sales, or merchandising data preferred - Proficiency with Excel and/or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles preferred - Bilingual in Spanish and English required (written and spoken fluency) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Exposure to merchandising, planning, assortment strategy, or product operations - Project coordination or project management experience - Experience working with Latin American customers, teams, or markets ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a remote work-from-home position.
