• Author functional requirements for all in-scope Elera Fuel features across all capability areas • Write development-ready user stories and use case narratives • Define data models for each service domain • Document service boundary definitions and microservice interaction contracts (APIs, events, message formats) • Produce integration specifications for various protocols and systems • Capture non-functional requirements including PCI DSS compliance architecture • Develop POS UI screen-level requirements for all in-scope cashier and admin UI flows

• Review, update, and ensure adherence to risk policies, guaranteeing consistency between formal documentation and practical execution. • Monitor the release of guidelines and regulations from regulatory bodies (Central Bank, CVM, ANBIMA, etc.), assessing impacts and leading compliance initiatives. • Identify regulatory gaps in risk processes and controls, proposing and tracking remediation actions. • Support the preparation of explanatory notes, Due Diligence questionnaire responses, and other risk management materials. • Review and reconcile accounting entries against asset positions, ensuring alignment between the accounting and regulatory risk perspectives. • Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory risk reports, including DDR, DRM, DRL, DLI, and DLO (Central Bank) and IRRBB. • Monitor and project key regulatory indicators such as the Basel Index, Reference Equity, and Maximum Exposure per Client, contributing to the prevention of non-compliance and the definition of action plans.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reports, dashboards, and data extracts • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL • Map source system data elements to reporting requirements and outputs • Create report mockups, wireframes, and reporting specifications • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, data engineers, and report developers • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reporting validation activities • Identify and resolve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies • Document business rules, data definitions, transformation logic, and reporting processes • Support modernization and migration activities involving reporting and analytics platforms • Participate in project planning, design sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder meetings
