The team consists of 8 Account Executives covering EMEA and China. Together, you'll be connecting the best sellers to the best marketplace platforms, simplifying and accelerating multi-channel expansion for brands and retailers worldwide. What is Mirakl Connect ? Mirakl Connect is a global ecosystem that connects sellers, partners, and marketplaces in one place, making it easy for sellers to find and sell on multiple platforms, and for operators to discover and onboard quality sellers quickly. Your Impact: - Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging SMB sellers and brands across EMEA to expand Mirakl Connect's footprint - Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing pipeline, delivering compelling solution presentations, and negotiating deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on their multi-channel expansion needs and demonstrating how Mirakl Connect's Channel Management solution delivers measurable value - Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless integrations and accelerated time-to-value for new customers - Provide market intelligence by tracking industry trends, competitive activity, and challenges to refine sales approaches and inform go-to-market strategy What You'll Bring to the Role: Experience - 4 to 6 years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment - Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data - Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment - Team player: You collaborate effectively and share best practices to elevate team performance Languages - Bilingual English (C2 level required) - French, Italian, Polish or Dutch language is a plus.
