Position Overview The Shopify Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable commerce solutions across the Shopify ecosystem. This role delivers high-quality technical implementations that support enterprise eCommerce initiatives, including storefront customization, application development, platform integrations, and performance optimization. You will work with large, high-profile clients to configure and extend Shopify solutions to meet complex business requirements while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strong user experience outcomes. This role collaborates closely with designers, architects, and delivery teams to deliver secure, performant solutions across both frontend and backend layers. Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Customization Develop and maintain custom Shopify storefront functionality Build new applications and extend existing platform capabilities Migrate applications and solutions between platforms as needed Develop custom extensions and third-party add-ons Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX implementations Full Stack Engineering Implement frontend features using modern web technologies Develop backend services supporting integrations and data workflows Build reusable tools and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications Integration & Solution Enablement Integrate Shopify solutions with enterprise systems and third-party platforms Develop API-driven data flows and services Support app integrations and deployment automation Contribute to internal tooling and platform improvement initiatives Collaboration & Delivery Partner with cross-functional teams on project execution Participate in development planning and estimation Support continuous improvement of development practices Deliver solutions aligned with scope, schedule, and quality expectations Required Skills & Experience Platform Expertise 2+ years of experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus Hands-on experience building Shopify storefronts and integrations Experience developing Shopify apps (private or custom) Familiarity with Shopify templating and theme architecture Technical Skills Modern web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with SCSS or similar preprocessors Experience with React or comparable frameworks Familiarity with templating languages such as Liquid Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs Experience with relational and NoSQL databases Understanding of cloud-based architectures Engineering Practices Experience with version control workflows (Git-based) Familiarity with build tools and theme deployment workflows Experience working with project management tools Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working within enterprise commerce environments Exposure to serverless frameworks or event-driven architectures Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms Experience contributing to reusable engineering tools or frameworks Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows What Success Looks Like Reliable and scalable Shopify implementations High-quality custom storefront and application features Strong integration performance and data flow stability Positive collaboration across delivery teams Consistent delivery aligned with client expectations

Technical Account Manager (Partner Integrations) with BI (MySQL/Looker) Location: Remote (United Kingdom) Salary: £50,000-60,000 GBP Type: Full-time The Opportunity Project Expedition is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help with the integration and growth of several enterprise distribution partnerships. You’ll be responsible for guiding partners to go-live, then driving growth and expansion in tandem with the Account Owner.
