• Technical leadership responsible for defining and guiding the solution architecture, connecting React frontend, Java backend, integrations, security, observability, and engineering best practices. • Define and evolve the solution's technical architecture, taking into account React frontend, Java backend, and integration with external systems. • Guide the implementation of the proposed architecture, including separation of layers, REST APIs, domain, adapters, and hexagonal architecture patterns. • Support technical decisions regarding authentication, authorization, role-based security, hierarchical scopes, sessions, logging, and observability. • Direct the development of integrations with payment gateway, NAV, Identity Provider, email/SMS service, and legacy Filó. • Support the team in solution design, code reviews, development patterns, testing, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager, developers, Data Engineering, and QA to ensure quality, scalability, and stability.

• Review scope, evaluate risks, and lead technical discussions as part of Pre-ITO to ITO (R1) and ITO-OTR hand off (R3) • Assign the incoming CM&U proposals to the appropriate team members based on workload and technical ability • Provide technical leadership and oversight for a team of ITO engineers to help drive Gas Power services growth for complex gas upgrades • Collaborate with the interfacing teams like Sales, Commercial managers, Project managers, Regional ITO teams and design engineering teams, in reviewing the opportunity / contract needs and to evaluate risks • Provide technical direction to interfacing teams as required, so as to achieve the business KPIs and objectives of the project / contract • Lead various initiatives, process improvements, continuous improvement, kaizens / PSRs aimed to drive measurable improvement focused in the areas of safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC) for Gas Turbine Services upgrade proposals • Promote professional growth through timely performance feedback, coaching and mentoring of team members • Support team members both domestically and globally • Own and manage KPI's/metrics unique to the complex upgrades space through daily management to foster business growth and margin enhancement • Lead the daily management of the ITO KPIs, support team to meet ITO KPIs and conduct Lean PSR, if the KPIs are off the target • Demonstrate autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and lead other application engineers • Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures • Exhibit the GE Vernova way of working

• Provides the day-to-day team/technical leadership of the process. • Track compliance to policies and procedures and resolving or escalating any compliance issues. • Facilitate configuration management CM change management process and audits. • Facilitate communication and engaging business and IT management to encourage CM efforts and value propositions. • Be responsible for successful implementation, initial support and maintenance of configuration management information system (CMIS) • Engage with strategic projects to ensure configuration management can deliver the required CMIS functionality within project periods. • Review and approve all changes to the CMIS infrastructure where applicable. • Review and approve significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are addressed. • Mentor the organization of CM services, concepts, policies, and procedures • Provide and approve all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. to support new or improving CMIS functionality. • Review and approve all requests for the administrator log on credentials and access rights to the CMIS infrastructure. • Review and publish configuration management reporting.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and Node.js frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js) • Build responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications using React • Architect, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for client–server communication • Work with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and design efficient data models • Thoroughly test and validate all code before handing off to QA to ensure stability and minimize defects • Leverage AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to improve productivity and code quality • Write clean, testable, and reusable code with proper documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features from concept to production • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed
