• Own and manage the CRM system (Pipedrive CRM), ensuring accuracy, structure, and real-time tracking of all partner and deal activity • Design, improve, and implement scalable sales processes, workflows, and systems • Build and maintain efficient pipeline management frameworks, ensuring consistent tracking of leads and deal progression • Establish and enforce best practices for CRM usage, data integrity, and operational consistency • Analyse pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and efficiency • Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures • Oversee onboarding workflows, including partner setup and helping prospects to leverage tools and resources • Manage deal creation and lifecycle tracking from application through to completion • Introduce automation and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual work • Provide reporting and actionable insights to support decision-making • Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions • Collaborate closely with leadership to support business growth initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or similar roles
  • Proven experience building, improving, and scaling operational processes or systems
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience managing pipelines, tracking performance, and improving workflows
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused
