Residential Construction Scheduler

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Scheduler to support our Contracts Administrator across three building companies. This is a busy, detailed-oriented role, you will be taking over from an existing team member, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. - Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations) - Perform takeoffs from building plans to support cost planning and procurement - Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met - Manage documentation, variations, and progress tracking across projects - Support the Contracts Administrator with day-to-day administrative and commercial tasks - Monitor project timelines and flag scheduling risks early - Assist with invoice processing through internal systems (Tradies App / Buildertrend) Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction scheduling or related role - Proven experience in residential construction scheduling, WA market specifically - Ability to read and perform takeoffs from building plans - Strong working knowledge of Buildertrend - Exceptional written and spoken English - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Requirements - Familiarity with BEAMS (one of our building companies still uses this platform) - Experience with Tradies App or similar invoice processing tools - Background supporting a contracts administrator in a multi-project environment Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. Role Description This is a remote position with the expectation of travel to programs as needed to provide on-site training, mentoring, and system support!
