Primary Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise level strategic planning for Provider/B2C Audience insights, shaping the long term vision, performance frameworks, and roadmap needed to guide consumer growth, experience, and brand strategy - Cultivate high impact, cross functional partnerships across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Experience, and Operations to ensure provider and consumer insight needs are anticipated, prioritized, and fully integrated into decision making - Oversee governance and prioritization of major insight initiatives, balancing investment, resource allocation, and business impact to drive provider and consumer value and market differentiation - Lead development of all B2C/Provider Value Propositions and Narratives for the business - Drive insight led strategies that inform acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall provider and consumer experience transformation, ensuring alignment with broader business and revenue goals - Lead and mentor teams executing complex research and analytics programs, ensuring outputs are rigorous, actionable, and connected to strategic imperatives - Proactively identify emerging provider and consumer issues and opportunities, applying advanced analytical reasoning to assess trends, diagnose performance drivers, and recommend solutions - Serve as the executive steward for insight storytelling, leading business reviews, synthesizing complex findings for senior leaders, and elevating insights into strategic recommendations - Build and maintain enterprise reporting frameworks (monthly/quarterly/annual) that deliver clear visibility into provider and consumer behavior, performance trends, and marketing effectiveness - Monitor progress against strategic plans, providing direction, course correction recommendations, and optimization guidance grounded in data driven understanding of provider and consumer needs and business outcomes You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Provider/B2C marketing, provider/consumer insights, or audience strategy, ideally in healthcare, financial services, consumer technology, or other complex industries - Deep familiarity with provider/consumer performance metrics such as NPS, satisfaction KPIs, engagement metrics, and marketing effectiveness measures - Demonstrated success leading large scale provider/consumer insights, audience strategy, or experience transformation initiatives at the enterprise level - Proven skilled at creating clear, compelling reports and presentations that elevate insights into actionable business strategy - Proven solid strategic planning and cross functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive action across diverse stakeholder groups - Proven advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear direction, strategic recommendations, and executive ready narratives - Proven excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience briefing senior executives and shaping enterprise decision making - Proven organized and able to lead multiple concurrent initiatives, set priorities, and deliver high quality outcomes in fast paced and dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications: - Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate organizational complexity, and drive large scale change without direct authority - Proven solid business acumen, including experience setting and achieving measurable goals, evaluating ROI, and connecting insights to financial and enterprise outcomes - All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
