• Partner with the VP, Enterprise Sales Growth and Operations to translate enterprise revenue priorities into growth marketing programs • Lead the execution, measurement, and optimization of enterprise growth marketing initiatives • Own buyer-stage nurture strategy and execution • Serve as the internal lead for paid media performance, collaborating with external agencies • Manage enterprise landing pages and campaign experiences • Establish, track, and communicate KPIs from first touch through MQL, SQL, pipeline, and opportunity progression • Partner with RevOps to ensure lifecycle stages and reporting data flow accurately • Collaborate closely with enterprise sales to identify priority accounts • Stay current on B2B growth trends and marketing best practices
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM
- Strong understanding of paid media channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, and retargeting
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools and best practices
- Experience building and optimizing lifecycle, nurture, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign automation programs in HubSpot
- Solid HubSpot knowledge across CRM, marketing automation, and CMS
- Data-literate and comfortable translating data into actionable recommendations for sales and leadership
- Working knowledge of SEO and AI search optimization best practices
- Experience working with external agencies and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills

• Prepare Legal PPCI (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in accordance with the regulations and technical instructions of the Fire Department for each state. • Review architectural and complementary technical drawings to implement fire safety requirements. • Compile, organize, and submit complete PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, including: drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility records), and required legal documentation. • Manage processes to obtain and renew AVCB / CLCB certificates, tracking requirements and technical opinions. • Respond to requirements, notifications and official communications (comunique-se), proposing viable technical solutions that comply with legislation. • Liaise directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal teams. • Support technical-legal feasibility studies related to fire protection for new projects, expansions, or regularizations. • Monitor deadlines, statuses, and schedules of approval processes at a national level.
