• Map and redesign end-to-end development flows, from ideation to deployment and operation • Identify systemic bottlenecks that impact multiple squads simultaneously • Define, track, and evolve flow metrics such as lead time, cycle time, DORA metrics, and flow efficiency • Connect engineering practices and development flow to business outcomes • Create, standardize, and evolve the development pipeline, ensuring consistency without removing squads' autonomy • Implement and evolve Continuous Delivery practices, reducing friction in the CI/CD pipeline • Standardize ceremonies and rituals at scale without over-constraining teams • Facilitate PI Planning, system-level retrospectives, and synchronizations between dependent squads • Serve as a technical and process reference, collaborating with engineers as peers • Communicate clearly across multiple levels, from junior developers up to the CTO.

- Systems thinking, high tolerance for ambiguity, and clear communication across different levels
- Knowledge of programming languages (any language), with desirable familiarity in TypeScript.
