Role Description At Diversified, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead enterprise-level programs that span multiple regions, teams, and disciplines. This role represents the highest level of delivery leadership within Technical Operations and is responsible for shaping how our most critical work is executed. - Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring large-scale programs are delivered with consistency, precision, and accountability. - Establish program governance, define execution frameworks, and drive alignment across Project Managers, Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations. - Maintain full visibility into program performance, ensuring alignment, risk management, and achievement of outcomes. - Lead program-level cadence with both internal leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and confidence at every stage. - Oversee program-level forecasting, margin strategy, and risk mitigation for successful and profitable delivery of large-scale initiatives. - Serve as a senior partner to executive stakeholders, influencing decision-making and shaping long-term strategy. - Define how delivery operates at scale across the organization, influencing performance across regions, teams, and major client relationships. Qualifications - Minimum 15+ years of progressive project, program, or enterprise delivery leadership experience. - Demonstrated success leading multi-program, multi-region, or global delivery environments. - Proven experience in account-level and enterprise-level governance roles. - Prior experience as a Program Manager required. - Strong preference for AV, broadcast, media, or enterprise technology experience. - Proven ability to operate at executive and strategic levels under high-pressure conditions. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capability. Requirements - Expert-level program and portfolio management. - Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and margin management. - Deep understanding of AV, broadcast, and media ecosystems. - Strong contractual and governance acumen. - Executive-level communication and stakeholder management. Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required (technical or business discipline preferred). - PMP certification required. - PgMP or equivalent advanced certification strongly preferred. - Executive leadership or program governance training preferred.
