Job Description

Associate Sales Representative, Cranial and Spinal Technologies

• Attend all assigned trainings and complete required training protocols • Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory • Provide territory case coverage and support surgical procedures • Prepare and submit required documentation to the District Sales Manager • Support sales efforts by soliciting orders from current and prospective customers • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in alignment with direction from the District Sales Manager • Address customer concerns in accordance with Medtronic CST policies and escalate issues as appropriate • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as directed • Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive growth within assigned accounts • Ensure compliance with all Medtronic CST policies and procedures • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
  • Associates Degree AND 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Medical or B2B Sales Experience
  • Ability to work in an operating room setting
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Travel is required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
