• Act as a lead SAP SD consultant in projects, with emphasis on: o Process and system adjustments related to the Brazilian Tax Reform; o Review and redesign of Order to Cash (O2C) flows considering new tax models; o Fiscal, accounting and operational impacts on Sales, Billing, Tax and Finance areas; • Lead blueprint activities, functional design, validations and integrated testing (unit, integration and UAT); • Perform configuration and customization of SAP SD, considering: o Order types, billing types and pricing determination; o Tax determination (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS, tax substitution, DIFAL, among others); o Interface and integration with external tax solutions (Sonda); • Occasionally act in level 2/3 support; • Prepare functional documentation, specifications, test evidence and technical recommendations;

• Develop, enhance and maintain ABAP programs, including reports, Smartforms, interfaces, enhancements and function modules. • Customize and implement SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Debug and fix issues in existing technical objects. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives, providing technical expertise. • Work closely with functional areas (MM, SD, etc.) to understand requirements and translate them into ABAP solutions. • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (IDocs, RFC, Web Services, APIs). • Ensure development best practices, version control and technical documentation. • Perform unit testing and provide support for integration testing and UAT. • Assess the impact of changes and support fixes in the production environment.

• Elicit and detail business requirements with key users and involved areas. • Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities in the SAP S/4HANA environment. • Prepare functional specifications for the development of enhancements and corrections. • Collaborate with technical teams and consultants involved in implementing solutions. • Plan, prepare, and execute functional and integrated test scenarios. • Support and assist users during unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Validate deliveries and ensure alignment with business requirements. • Perform transport procedures for objects and functionalities between environments. • Provide functional support and post-go-live follow-up. • Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of continuous improvements. • Prepare functional documentation and operational procedures.

• Gather and detail business requirements through meetings with key users and analysis of existing documentation. • Identify improvement opportunities in current processes and propose solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA. • Prepare functional specifications for the development and implementation of enhancements. • Plan, prepare, and execute functional and integrated tests. • Support users during the execution of unit tests and user acceptance tests (UAT). • Support the change management process and the transport of functionalities to the production environment. • Provide functional and technical support after go-live (hypercare and ongoing support). • Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring operational continuity of business processes. • Interact with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and internal consultants to align requirements and deliveries.
