Role Description The Ad Operations team serves as the operational engine behind Fetch's partner ecosystem, ensuring brand campaigns are launched, executed, and scaled with accuracy and efficiency. As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in bringing partner promotions to life within the Fetch platform, supporting experiences that impact millions of users and thousands of brand campaigns. Working at the intersection of partners, technology, and operations, you'll own key workflows that power campaign execution: - Configuring promotions and managing product catalogs - Ensuring operational readiness and launch success - Collaborating closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams - Translating business requirements into scalable solutions that drive partner performance and user satisfaction This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, managing multiple priorities, and continuously improving how work gets done. You'll have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in Fetch's products and systems while helping build the processes, tools, and operational capabilities that support the company's continued growth. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1+ years of experience in operations, client support, project coordination, campaign operations, or a related role. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort working with large datasets. - Excellent written, verbal, and time-management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment with tight timelines and operational complexity. - Strong ownership mindset, with accountability for end-to-end execution and outcomes. - Partner and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to balance business objectives, platform standards, and user experience. An Install Specialist will play a critical role by partnering with clients and Optum Rx stakeholders to assess, define, and perform pharmacy benefit implementations and ongoing maintenance within the RxCLAIM™ adjudication system.
