• Own the creation and conversion of high-value enterprise opportunities • Engage senior decision-makers and uncover strategic business challenges • Develop and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting • Run full sales cycles from account planning to contract negotiation and close • Take a consultative, value-centric approach to build business cases and ROI models • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs • Collaborate closely with BDRs, Presales support, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership • Represent NiCE at trade fairs or industry events • Prepare, present and conduct demos, presentations, and customer meetings • Effectively use CRM to track sales cycles and engagements.
Job Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS
- Hunter mentality and passionate about winning in a hyper-growth phase
- Confident navigating sales cycles with SVP/C-Level management
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a remote environment
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor
- Ability to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources.
- Comfortable leveraging a partner channel to support the sales process.
