In this role, you will be responsible for: - Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Windows-based applications. - Ensuring excellent user experience and software performance. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience developing software products in a Windows / C# environment. - Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with desktop application development using .NET technologies. - Familiarity with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation). - Experience in UX/UI development and user-centered design principles. - Knowledge of software installers such as NSIS is considered a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Design, build, and maintain complex, omnichannel contact flows (Voice, Chat, SMS) within Amazon Connect. • Act as the technical lead on contact center projects, providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and administrators. • Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales leaders to understand business goals, define metrics, and recommend technical solutions that improve First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Average Handle Time (AHT). • Ensure the contact center architecture follows AWS Well-Architected Framework principles, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and data security. • Troubleshoot complex telecommunications, WebRTC, and API integration issues. • Manage telecom resources, including claiming/porting numbers and configuring queue/routing profiles.
