What you will be doing - Visual Content Creation: Create engaging visual content including Meta Shorts, TikToks, Reel, and animations to bring our brand identity to life. - Content Delivery: Oversee the scheduling and distribution of assets across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative. - Community Management: Interact professionally and authentically with our growing online community, transforming followers into brand advocates through proactive engagement. - Trend Analysis: Monitor industry developments, digital culture, and platform updates in real-time to execute timely content that positions our brand at the center of relevant conversations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our marketing agency and design teams to translate overarching campaign concepts into high-performing social assets. - Performance Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as views and engagement to deliver insights that refine and improve our visual strategy. Qualifications - A recent graduate with a degree in Creative Media, Marketing, Film and Video Production, Animation, or a related discipline. - Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or native platform editors. - An innovative thinker who understands audience retention hooks and is confident pitching bold, sophisticated concepts. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inject brand personality and professionalism into captions and interactions. - A portfolio demonstrating your capability in visual content creation is essential. This can include university projects, freelance work, or management of personal and organisational social channels.
