How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm

• Build and execute business growth strategies with firm owners • Improve profitability and cash flow • Develop organizational structure and leadership teams • Coach owners through strategic decisions — and stay accountable until results improve • Help owners transition from working in the business to leading it

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience, with the title to prove it (CEO, President, GM, COO, Operations Executive, or EOS Integrator)
  • Direct, personal ownership of P&L and/or operations for a company in the $500K–$50M+ revenue range — this must be a company-wide or division-wide scope, not a single store, branch, or territory
  • Proven, measurable success improving profitability, cash flow, and business performance
  • Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability
  • Comfort managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
