Quantum Energy Squares (QES) is the first and leading caffeinated energy bar — 100mg of clean caffeine from organic green coffee, 10g of protein, and real-food ingredients, built for steady energy without the spike or crash. We sell across Amazon, Thrive Market, our DTC site, and a growing roster of grocery, club, mass, c-store, and specialty retailers, with new partners onboarding through 2026. We are a lean, fast-moving team, which is the fun of it; there is real room to own function, build it, and see your work move the numbers. The Role Quantum is growing fast, and digital is where a lot of that growth comes from. This is the role for someone who thinks strategically and manages execution through agencies, partners, and vendors. You will oversee QES's digital marketing and brand awareness efforts end to end — setting strategy, making data-backed recommendations to leadership, managing agency and channel partners, and holding them accountable for results across every digital touchpoint where customers discover and buy us. Leadership will lean on you to know this landscape deeply: what the data is saying, where the opportunities are, and to bring a clear, well-reasoned point of view on where we should take them. We want your honest read on things — including when you see it differently than we do. The best version of this role is a trusted marketer who backs every recommendation with data, helps us pull every lever, and holds vendors and partners accountable for the outcomes. What You Will Do Brand Strategy & Leadership • Evolve QES's digital brand strategy — ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and identity across all owned, paid, and earned channels • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on digital brand marketing; proactively bring leadership a clear, data-informed point of view on where the brand should go and how to get there • Oversee integrated marketing plans that connect acquisition, conversion, and retention into a cohesive consumer journey • Oversee go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, content direction, promotional campaigns, and channel sequencing • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints — paid ads, email, social, e-commerce listings, and retail platforms Digital Marketing Execution & Channel Ownership • Own all digital marketing channels — Amazon, DTC (Shopify), TikTok Shop, Thrive Market, and additional e-commerce platforms — with full accountability for performance and growth • Oversee paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms; set strategy and audience targeting direction, manage agency partners, and hold them accountable to results • Oversee email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo) through agency or freelance partners: campaigns, flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and promotional calendar aligned with 2026/2027 marketing strategy • Manage creator and affiliate programs (LTK, Shopify Collabs, Awin, Amazon Creator Connections); oversee influencer strategy including partner vetting, negotiation, briefs, and performance reporting • Oversee UGC programs and organic social content production, including photography and video asset creation, through agency and creator partners • Ensure brand and product content accuracy across all digital platforms: listings, PDPs, syndication, and digital tools Data, Analytics & Performance Reporting • Own all marketing analytics and reporting; oversee the build and maintenance of performance dashboards across every digital channel • Track and interpret KPIs — ROAS, TACoS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, revenue contribution — and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership • Own the monthly channel sales forecast; maintain marketing forecasts and actuals, including trade deductions and accruals, in close coordination with Finance • Oversee competitive analysis and category research; proactively surface insights that inform brand positioning and marketing strategy • Continuously test and optimize campaigns — creative, audiences, offers, timing — using data to drive measurable improvement Agency, Vendor & Budget Management • Act as the primary point of contact for all agency and vendor partners across paid media, Amazon, creative, and digital; set clear expectations and hold partners accountable to quality and results • Manage marketing budgets across all channels; optimize spend allocation, track against plan, and partner with Finance on reconciliation and invoice processing • Manage one virtual assistant responsible for day-to-day creator outreach and social engagement • Review and approve creative briefs, copy, and campaign documentation produced by agency and freelance partners; ensure all deliverables meet brand standards What We Are Looking For Must-Haves • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce — with hands-on ownership of multiple channels, not just oversight • Proven brand strategist: you can shape a positioning, translate it into a channel strategy, and hold agency partners accountable for consistent execution across every digital surface • Deeply data-driven: you live in the numbers, build your own analysis, and present findings to leadership as clear business recommendations — not raw data • Direct experience overseeing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with the ability to independently identify issues and optimizations from day one • Amazon Seller Central experience: listings, advertising, DSP, Buy Box management, and content optimization • Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a comparable email/SMS platform; able to oversee and evaluate agency-managed flows, campaigns, and segmentation • Proven ability to manage external agencies and freelancers — setting direction, reviewing work critically, and pushing back when needed • Strong financial acumen: comfortable with budget management, P&L contribution, forecasting, and trade spend • CPG or food and beverage background preferred; comfort operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment is essential • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to make a compelling, well-supported case to leadership Nice-to-Haves • Experience with TikTok Shop, Thrive Market, Instacart, Ibotta, or similar marketplace platforms • Familiarity with Helium 10, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or HubSpot • Experience with creator and affiliate platforms (LTK, Awin, Shopify Collabs) • Existing fluency with AI tools — including Claude — in a marketing workflow Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based bonus and equity participation. • Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Equity • Fully remote work environment (U.S.-based) • Real ownership and direct impact on a fast-scaling brand
