• You will be the commercial and financial partner to our product and technology leadership teams at ELT level. • That means being the commercial support in how they make decisions, from prioritising where to invest to reviewing outcomes across ARR, product engagement, workforce allocation and customer behaviour. • You are comfortable working with large, complex datasets and know how to turn them into a clear business story that drives action. • This role is designed to grow as PVcase scales its product portfolio, so does the scope of this position. • Act as the commercial voice in product planning, bringing ARR impact and customer behaviour into roadmap prioritisation discussions, so product decisions are grounded in business outcomes. • Go deep into customer and product engagement data, working across large, sometimes messy datasets to surface insights that directly inform product strategy, identifying which features, segments, and use cases are driving retention and expansion, and which represent the highest-value opportunities for roadmap investment. • Be a key stakeholder in impacting the metrics that matter, working across Product, Technology, Data and Finance to design the commercial and product KPIs that give leadership a consistent, reliable view of performance and ensure those metrics are grounded in clean, well-structured data. • Deliver and translate commercial reporting on product performance, segmented ARR, churn and expansion data into clear narratives that drive decisions. • Own the Product and Technology workforce allocation model, how capacity maps to product lines and strategic bets, optimising for ROI by ensuring we are investing in the high impact bets. • Support the development of segmented product P&Ls in collaboration with FP&A, helping leadership understand the true economics of each product. • Forecast and evaluate the ARR impact of pricing and packaging changes across customer segments. • Use AI tools actively in your workflow to accelerate analysis, automate recurring tasks, and improve the quality and speed of outputs.
