• You develop complex automations that go beyond the capabilities of no-code tools — API integrations, custom Python/TypeScript scripts, agentic workflows, internal tools. • You enable colleagues across all departments to build their own automations. • You lead the AI Circle, offer office hours, run hands-on workshops, and write internal documentation that enables self-service. • You select our AI tool stack and define and maintain the standard set of approved tools. • You manage data flows and security and are responsible for the AI tracker. • You perform basic privacy and security reviews for system integrations and ensure compliance. • You create a shared foundation — a common infrastructure so others can develop safely and quickly.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in software development, automation engineering, AI tooling, or a related field.
- Solid programming skills: Experience with Python or TypeScript, allowing you to combine strong engineering, enablement, and governance to deliver real value across the AI tool landscape.
- No-code application experience: Hands-on experience with at least one no-code automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.) and confidence working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns.
- AI-native: You work at the forefront of AI tooling development. Claude Code is among your primary daily tools.
- Agent programming, prompt engineering, MLP (?) and the latest LLM frameworks are part of your standard workflow.

Role Description The Generative AI Engineer designs, builds, and ships production-grade GenAI systems for our clients and our own platforms. You will work at the intersection of large language models, agent architectures, and cloud engineering on AWS, turning ambiguous problems into reliable, secure, and measurable AI solutions. You will partner closely with delivery teams and clients to move ideas from prototype to production.
