• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. • Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value. • Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product. • Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions. • Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
  • Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
  • Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time.
  • Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You do not hand things off and disappear.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You do your best work when the stakes are high and the timeline is short.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
