Role Description - Du arbeitest in Projekten im Bereich SAP MM, vorwiegend in Einführungsprojekten von SAP S/4HANA. - Du führst die Prozessaufnahme beim Kunden durch, analysierst den Status quo und konzeptionierst zukünftige Prozesse. - Du kümmerst dich um die Optimierung von Prozessen. - Du übernimmst – neben den Einführungen von SAP MM – auch andere Projekte, Aufgaben und Arbeiten, zum Beispiel im Pre-Sales oder in der Prozess- und Strategieberatung. Qualifications - Du hast bereits rund drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP MM. - Du verfügst über tiefes Prozesswissen im Einkauf und in der Materialwirtschaft. - Du hast bereits mehrere MM-Projekte als Teilprojektleiter erfolgreich live gesetzt – gerne im SAP S/4HANA Umfeld. - Du hast tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Customizing in SAP MM. - Du hast das „Berater-Gen“, bist zielstrebig und extrovertiert. • Administer, upgrade, and maintain the existing global SAP MII, SAP ME (NetWeaver Java stacks), and core ERP (ECC and S/4HANA) infrastructure. • Lead the BASIS-side execution of migrating from ECC to S/4HANA, including the setup, configuration, and security routing of SAP BTP Cloud Connectors. • Configure and maintain high-volume, real-time middleware connectivity (RFC destinations, ALE/IDoc ports, OData gateway configurations) linking the ERP core to the shop-floor MII/ME layers (excluding SCADA). • Monitor and optimize memory management, database performance (SAP HANA and SQL Server), work processes, and JVM settings to eliminate latency in manufacturing data transfers. • Implement strict security hardening, encryption protocols, and user authorization controls across all layers to comply with A&D standards (ITAR, EAR, NIST, and data residency laws between the US and Mexico). • Partner closely with the Principal MII/ME Architect and Senior ABAP Developer to deploy custom transport requests, provision cloud environments, and troubleshoot infrastructure bottlenecks.

• Design and configure SAP PM structures including equipment hierarchies, task lists, maintenance plans and workflows. • Serve as the regional functional owner of the SAP PM system working on continuously improving SAP functionality aligned with business needs. • Leverage CMMS to improve spare parts management system to support planned and unplanned maintenance. • Identify and implement SAP system improvements, workflow enhancements, automations opportunities and process simplifications. • Act as the regional SAP subject matter expert by developing and delivering training programs for planners, supervisors and core team members. • Create SAP work instructions, drive adoptions of standardized SAP processes across all sites. • Enable accurate reporting for PM compliance, Backlog, breakdown metrics by supporting the development of dashboards and validate data accuracy and consistency across all bakeries. • Maintain master data standards, ensuring accurate systems to govern work order closure and failure coding to eliminate duplicate and obsolete parts. • Partner with IT for upgrades and fixes to drive SAP enhancements and improvements. • Align SAP PM and SAP MM to improve material planning and reduce emergency purchases.
