• Diseñar y actualizar las políticas de originación, límites de crédito y criterios de elegibilidad para los productos crediticios de Tenpo, balanceando crecimiento y control del riesgo. • Monitorear los indicadores de calidad de cartera (mora, provisiones, roll rates, vintage analysis), detectando deterioros tempranos y proponiendo acciones correctivas. • Ejecutar análisis de cosechas (vintage) y segmentación de cartera para identificar patrones de comportamiento crediticio y calibrar las estrategias de aprobación y pricing. • Asegurar que los procesos y modelos de crédito cumplan con los estándares regulatorios de la CMF y las normativas de provisiones y capital aplicables al neobanco. • Actuar como referente técnico de riesgo en los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos crediticios, asegurando que el riesgo esté correctamente dimensionado desde el diseño.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Comercial, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Economía con orientación cuantitativa.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de riesgo de crédito, credit scoring o analítica de cartera en empresas financieras reguladas.
  • Dominio avanzado de Python o R y un excelente manejo de SQL para la extracción y análisis de datos de cartera.
  • Experiencia práctica realizando análisis de cartera (vintage analysis, roll rates o provisiones).
  • Sumas puntos si cuentas con (Deseable): Experiencia previa en el ecosistema FinTech o Banca Digital.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo o validación de modelos de scoring.
  • Nociones de la normativa CMF aplicable a crédito de consumo.
  • Inglés técnico fluido para lectura y documentación.
