Role Description Designs, structures, publishes useful and usable content that drives a positive customer experience and competitive web presence. - Manages content through all phases of web delivery, including facilitation of page design requirements, page walkthroughs, QA reviews, quality and performance reviews, content updates and archival requests. - Supports implementation of the content workflow and governance model and serves as a subject matter expert for content processes and tools. - Adheres to editorial calendars in support of campaign and content delivery deadlines. - Collaborates with digital content curators in the development and optimization of web content. - Reviews copy, performs quality control checks, and makes adjustments as needed to ensure published content meets quality and performance criteria. - Takes initiative to investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot web content issues, and then selects and explains/documents the best solutions. - Assumes leadership in walkthroughs with stakeholders prior to publishing. - Develops and maintains an understanding of content strategy, accessibility, SEO and related web disciplines. - Continuously evaluates business needs and best practices for content design and delivery and makes recommendations for improvements. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Role Overview: We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager—a full-stack content creator and strategist who can lead our content engine from top to bottom. You’ll be FLiiP’s first dedicated content hire, responsible for setting the strategy, producing content across multiple formats, and building a repeatable system that scales.
