Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Ad Hoc
• Schedule interviews with candidates • Maintain job boards and assists with sourcing candidates • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Track candidate pipeline activity, outreach efforts, and applicant flow data • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience • Support recruiters by organizing candidate information and ensuring alignment with role requirements • Support job requisition setup, posting, and candidate tracking within the ATS • Support reporting by maintaining data accuracy and ensuring timely updates within recruiting systems • Ensure high attention to detail across scheduling, candidate data, and recruiting workflows • Support offer stage coordination, including drafting offer letters, routing approvals, and tracking candidate responses • Assist with onboarding coordination, including background checks, pre-employment steps, and new hire communication • Assist in maintaining pipeline and bench data for upcoming roles and proposal efforts
Job Requirements
- 03 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams (Preferred)
- Experience in government contracting or proposal-based environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with onboarding or pre-employment processes (Preferred)
- Experience with ClearCompany ATS (Preferred)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar system (Preferred)
