• Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint. • Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration. • Conversant with networking applications and solutions. • Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues. • Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.

Role Description This is the second of a four level job series within Community Health System's (CHS) Information Technology Services, Business Systems Group. This position provides support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including: - Analyzing and documenting ERP processes - Developing and documenting technical processes - Translating user requirements for development teams - Participating in system planning - Vendor product identification/due diligence/selection Works assigned tasks and projects related to ERP systems. Demonstrates core understanding of ERP and application knowledge consistent with business needs. Demonstrates the ability to manage less complex projects and works alongside stakeholders with system enhancement opportunities. Incumbent's work effort requires some level of quality control and produces a good level of work product. • The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the public safety design and implementation of solutions for Motorola’s ASTRO 25 and adjacent technologies for State and Local government agencies. • Design and implementation of the radio network including infrastructure, subscribers, mobile backhaul and WAN and CEN networks. • High level of customer and consultant interaction. • System buildout, configuration and acceptance testing in both lab staging and field environments. • Radio coverage testing, frequency analysis and interference mitigation. • Complete system documentation. • Live system cutovers and upgrades.
