Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of forensic engineering experience preferred
  • Strong technical writing skills required
  • Strong verbal communication skills necessary

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or any restrictions
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in MI required, or eligible by reciprocity

Role Description This position is open to remote candidates in the US; however, applicants must hold and maintain a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California. We are seeking a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE-Civil) with strong experience in residential land development projects. The ideal candidate will lead and support the design and delivery of grading, drainage, site improvement plans, and related entitlements for single-family, multi-family, and subdivision projects throughout California. This role involves close coordination with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are designed efficiently, comply with local regulations, and are successfully permitted and constructed.
