Role Description We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our global operation. The developer will design, build, and evolve scalable software solutions that help community management companies efficiently operate homeowner associations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role participates in the full software development lifecycle, contributes to architectural decisions, promotes engineering best practices, and helps the organization leverage automation and modern development practices. The ideal candidate must have a hands-on technical contribution, have a sense of ownership, and be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and supporting software solutions across TownSq and TownSq Business platforms. What your day-to-day will look like: - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions; - Build Angular and TypeScript applications; - Develop C#/.NET APIs, services, and integrations; - Participate in architecture and technical design discussions; - Write maintainable, secure, and well-tested code; - Mentor engineers and perform code reviews; - Support CI/CD and cloud-native development practices; - Collaborate with Product, QA, and business stakeholders; - Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning. Qualifications - Professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular; - Full dominion of C#, .NET, APIs, EF Core; - SQL Server; - AWS; - Unit and integration testing; - Strong English communication.
