• Structure, evolve and govern the Shared Services Center (SSC) performance indicator framework; • Ensure methodological standardization, conceptual clarity and traceability of indicators; • Define concepts, formulas, calculation rules and analysis criteria; • Identify and prioritize measurement gaps across the cost, timeliness and quality pillars; • Conduct validation cycles with business areas and stakeholders; • Prioritize and manage the indicator backlog considering impact and feasibility; • Support the development of governance frameworks and performance monitoring; • Monitor indicator maturity and propose continuous improvements; • Interface with BI and data teams for metric implementation; • Translate strategic and operational requirements into actionable, measurable indicators; • Act in a consultative capacity, supporting data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Solid experience (minimum 4+ years) with metrics, performance or governance;
  • Experience in defining, structuring and governing KPIs and operational metrics;
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and business areas;
  • Knowledge of performance frameworks and indicator management;
  • Ability to operate at both strategic level and in the conceptual detailing of indicators;
  • Experience with Shared Services Centers (SSC);
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Experience in Data & Analytics environments;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma);
  • Experience on projects with large companies or in complex environments.

Role Description The Enterprise Fraud Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Fraud Team as well as the implementation of innovation and technology into the process of detecting and preventing fraud. The Enterprise Fraud Manager is responsible for working with all lines of business to build partnerships necessary for the detection and prevention of fraud. Location listed is preferred office location but other locations and working remotely within the Renasant footprint may be considered based upon convenience and business necessity.
