Role Description We are looking for an Integrations Analyst to help lead and implement integrations between our client’s EMR systems and our cloud-based Imagen systems. You will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality and reliable data exchange solutions. This is a hands-on technical role, and our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand data requirements and develop best in class data exchange solutions. - Be responsible for leading, managing, and implementing integrations for multiple projects concurrently. - Own the end-to-end verification and validation process for all integrations. - Document and maintain ongoing the integration details to include a data flow diagram for all integration projects. - Serve as the subject matter expert to EMR vendors regarding Imagen systems to include, but not limited to Mirth, eRAD, Fluency, and Studycast. - Work closely with customers to provide consultation on solutions to business problems. - Apply a thorough knowledge of the needs of a business unit and knowledge of systems technology to identify and design improvements for integration solutions and applications. - Provide high-quality systems and client support for day to day operations and new customer deployments, including after hours coverage.
