Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) Principal Associate, Cyber Technical Summary: - The role will support Cyber Manager in executing C1PH Cyber strategy and programs, managing Cyber risks, and implementing Cybersecurity controls across the organization. General Responsibilities: - Execute on our risk-based and data-driven strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity and solutions, in partnership with the enterprise, operations, customers, and other stakeholders. - Maintain technical and risk credibility with partners across the enterprise and within C1PH. - Provide cyber technical advisory, assessments, general awareness and support across the organization. - Assist with LOB-specific requirements and monitoring actions as new work types are introduced. - Focus on PH regulatory, industry, and threat landscape assessments. - Support timely and relevant cyber risk metrics monitoring and reporting, including maintenance of Cyber risk intake dashboard. - Analyze and select alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability. - Maintain close ties to Cyber, operations, and tech teams across the organization, ensuring the services we create meet their needs as products evolve. - Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicator Basic Qualifications: - College graduate or with equivalent work experience - 3+ years experience in Cybersecurity/Information Security - Amenable to work in the night shift schedule - Amenable to work in a hybrid set up; predominantly work at home Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline - Experience in regulated financial services organizations - 3+ years of experience in Cyber/Information Security governance, risk, and compliance - 3+ years scaled agile product management and software development lifecycle experience - 3+ years experience in securing contact center and voice infrastructure - Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC (various), CISM, CDPSE, CGRC, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect) No agencies please.
