• Collect and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation from employees and departments • Review and process expense allocations to the appropriate departments, programs, or accounts • Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed • Enter vendor bills and expenses into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner • Assist with preparing, verifying, and issuing customer invoices • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial records and documentation • Support the Finance team with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks • Ensure all financial information is processed in accordance with company procedures and deadlines • Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion • Assist with special financial projects, audits, and departmental initiatives as needed • Perform additional duties based on business needs
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar accounting support role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
