• Critical front-line member of the Keenova Access and Reimbursement team • Provide education, training, and hands-on assistance related to access of specific products • Manage patient assistance and reimbursement support services for providers related to patient access • Coordinate with Keenova’s patient support services program representatives • Educate office staff regarding Buy/Bill products and reimbursement support services • Collaborate with external and internal customers to resolve issues related to Specialty Pharmacy • Support sales training related to product reimbursement • Use data to develop solutions to acquisition challenges. • Identify strategic areas of focus to facilitate patient access to Keenova products
Job Requirements
- BS or equivalent degree; MBA or advanced degree ideal
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with vendor relationships desirable
- Previous experience managing customer interactions
- Previous sales management and/or account management experience highly desirable
- Significant sales experience in the biologic (injectable) market
- Systemic understanding of the global payer and distribution environment
- Understanding of coverage, coding, billing and reimbursement requirements, policies, and Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs)
- Knowledgeable on Medicare billing/coding and appeal process.

Role Description The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of accounts receivable and billing functions across Monte Nido’s revenue cycle processes. This role serves as a hands-on generalist within the AR team, focused on: - Resolving legacy accounts receivable balances - Correcting billing errors - Submitting and managing claims - Posting payments - Ensuring accurate reimbursement workflows The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in behavioral health or healthcare revenue cycle operations, with working knowledge of Kipu and Centralized Medical Documentation (CMD) systems.
